How do I record my order in sait?

After successful order you will receive an e-mail with order information. For faster processing it is necessary to fill in the correct delivery and contact details.
In November and December we do not accept orders by phone or e-mail.
What is the delivery price?
Delivery only for 14.98 lei via DPD and 14.98 via SameDay Easybox.
FREE DELIVERY for orders over 250 lei.
What is the delivery deadline?
The delivery time is 2-5 working days from the date of order finalization (if you placed your order on a non-working day - depending on the first following working day).
In November and December, the delivery time can be up to 5 days.
For international deliveries, it can take 5-10 working days.
What is the exchange and return procedure?
If the products purchased do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 14 days. The items must be kept in a good commercial appearance - not worn, washed, ironed. Exchanges can be made for the same item or for other items in stock. If you would like your money back, this can be done through the bank account you present to us. The technological time required to process items returned to Din Sertar is approximately one week.
Who pays for the return and replacement courier service?
Courier costs for the return and replacement of items shall be paid by the Customer, unless the return is due to the fault of DIN SERTAR SHOP S.R.L.
